Ideas and links for staying active during quarantine.
While we understand the need to shelter in place to slow the spread of Covid-19, it's hard not being able to go out and enjoy the same activities that many of us are used to. We've paused sunny afternoons spent on the back deck with friends and evenings at our local restaurant or theater. But that doesn't mean that we can't still keep ourselves entertained!
Here are some ways to keep our minds engaged and our bodies active.

The important is to make sure that you are staying mentally and physically active no matter what you decide to do. And remember - just because we are socially distant, we are not alone. Be careful not to isolate yourself. Reach out to friends and family by phone and video chat as much as possible.
Stay well, stay healthy, stay safe.
